Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by GREENSTA, a brand of teuto.net Netzdienste GmbH, Niedernstraße 26, 33602 Bielefeld, Germany, which runs on green electricity. When a page is accessed, the server stores technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, page accessed, browser and operating system. This is necessary to deliver the website securely (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The logs are deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement is in place with the host.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising services. Fonts are stored on this server; no data is sent to Google Fonts or other font providers.
Contact by email or phone
If you write to me or call me, I process your details to answer your enquiry and to prepare an intro call or coaching (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). The data is deleted when it is no longer needed for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
Booking with Calendly
On this website you can book an appointment via Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA). The calendar only loads when you click a button for the intro call or "Load booking calendar"; no connection to Calendly is made before that. When booking, you provide your name, email address and possibly your phone number. The legal basis is your consent by clicking and the preparation of the conversation (Art. 6 (1) (a) and (b) GDPR). Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More in Calendly's privacy policy.
Links to other services
Links to LinkedIn, Google Maps, OpenStreetMap and other sites are plain links. Only when you click them do the respective provider's privacy policies apply.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time. An email to ue.nnamuabpilihp@pilihp is enough.
